First he determined that there was not a leak from the meter to the house in the front yard. Thank goodness! The culprit was leaky toilets throughout the house. Jason presented multiple options to fix the issue. All of which were reasonable and timely. The fix I chose was one that I could have done on a Saturday afternoon, but why put myself through that? Jason repaired three toilets, cleaned up, and showed me his completed work in the amount of time it might have taken me to even fix one toilet. Money and time well spent. Thank you, Jason O!”

The repair/labor cost to remedy were deemed not under warranty so I would incur a service call, parts and labor costs etc to repair the poor workmanship. Why have the same company repair if it wasn’t done right the first time?”

“Jason came out this morning to make a permanent replacement due to a frozen pipe last week. Despite the icy conditions, he was on time and cheerful. While here, he noticed my shut off valve was leaking (not what the appointment was for). He explained the issue and tried to fix it. When it still leaked, he called the city to shut off water, waited for them and then replaced the shut off with something that will be easier for me to operate if ever needed. He called CWLP at end of job and waited awhile before he left. Before he left, he instructed me on steps to take after water back on. He also demonstrated all the work he did. Finally he telephoned me later in the day just to make sure CWLP had returned and that everything was okay. So impressed with the company – and with Jason O”

“Alan sat down with me and we discussed my needs and expectations. He ran an air quality test and later a water quality test. His recommmendations are computer based from expectations and the right product for the specific job. I approve any work order up front and follow up with sign-off once completed and satisified the product worked and met my expectations.
I was notified prior to my service appointment to tell me Jason would be installing my whole house humidifier and when to expect him. He was prompt, polite and completed the work in a timely manner. He seemed very knowledgeable.
Again, I was notified prior to my service appoinment when Devyn came to install my Honeywell Prestie IAQ Comfort System. He also was prompt, polite and completed the work iin a timely manner. He also seemed very knowledgeable.
There was an issue with a part on the humidifier either caused by a faulty part or the water quality which clogged the water from actually being disbursed. James came to inspect the job and identified the part with the issue. It was replaced immediately.
I am very happy not to have to continually clean, refill water levels and costly filters in my stand alone humidifier which really only worked for one room. Now I have a comfortable home to live in.”

We were experiencing an issue with our unit and Zach called ahead of time to let us know how long until he would be there. I recently had to have an emergency repair and replacement of an A/C unit at our rental property–during the hottest week of the year. With one call late on a Sunday your amazing crew leapt into action.
The tech arrived at 11:30 that night but the unit was too far gone to fix. I got a call bright and early on Monday morning from your wonderful and helpful admin staff and we scheduled a site visit for that afternoon.
Josh showed up on the dot at our scheduled time, put on his shoe covers and mask, and we got down to the business of finding the best solution for our needs. It's rare to thoroughly enjoy an experience that will require you to write a big check at the end but Josh made it happen. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and can explain technical details without ever talking down to you.
Because it would be a few days before the unit could be installed, Josh brought over a portable A/C unit and set it up so the tenants would have some respite from the heat. What an amazing service! And to top it off there was a schedule opening and with our approval Levi, Mike, and Nicole came a day early for the installation. I think they left the job site cleaner than they found it.
We will only use MB Heating and Cooling and I will always recommend you. Thanks for all you do for your customers and your community!”

Furnace went out the evening of Christmas Eve. I called the next morning and they had a tech at the house within a few hours. Justin F. and Devyn E. arrived right on schedule and got down to business. They reviewed with me what they were going to be doing and ask if I had any questions. They were thorough with their explanation and said if I had any questions do not hesitate to ask. They got right to work. Team work was great and no foul language, no smoking. Every move resulted in another quality part of the job getting completed. When they finished they went over what had been done then they wanted me to look everything over to make sure we were pleased. Then they picked up tools and a small amount of trash. Could not have been more pleased. They wished us a Merry Christmas and were on their way.

We recently were in need of replacing our 23-year old heating and air conditioner systems (2). We have been utilizing MB Heating and Air Conditioning systems to maintain our systems for some time and have been very satisfied with their service. We contacted them to see about replacing our existing units. They were wonderful to deal with; very informative, honest, and never pushy. We liked the systems they proposed for our replacements and provided a number of options to choose from. We decided to go with their proposal and are extremely satisfied with the results. Installation took one day and the servicemen explained what they were doing, were courteous and friendly, showed up on time and when they were done went over the operation of the units, cleaned everything up, and walked us around to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend MB Heating and Air to anyone needing service on their HVAC systems or needing to replace their old units.

I had a good experience with MB heating and cooling. Devyn and his crew did a good job, only took 2 days to install, and one of those days it poured rain all day. I thought they would call off, but they kept working. They always put on footie slippers and stayed on the plastic runners they supplied. We had a leak in our a/c unit which is located in the attic. Jim came, diagnosed and fixed the problem as scheduled. After he had left, a different leak began. Jim came right back and diagnosed that problem. By fixing the one broken pipe it revealed a different broken pipe. He fixed that as well at no additional charge. We also used MB a couple of years ago when the outside unit needed a repair on a weekend. Both times they have been here quickly and have done great work.

Air Conditioner quit cooling on Tuesday 6/13 & MB’s Ryan was here before noon. Ryan called ahead & arrived when stated. He talked with my husband on possible problems while he did diagnostic checks on my air conditioner. We were told the $75 fee ahead for the diagnosis check. Ryan found the capacitor was out. He replaced it quickly & finished all diagnostic checks. We paid by credit card & were told we would receive bill by email, still waiting. Cost $307. Email info@mb-heating.com on website incorrect. Our old furnace was 20 years old and decided that it was time to move on. The company was very quick and I had a brand new heater and air conditioner completely installed by Wednesday. I have a two year old son and three dogs and both Tommy and Rich were great to have in the house. I am naturally curious so anytime I would go check in with them, they were kind to both my son and myself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new furnace and if you can recommend technicians I will always ask for Tommy and Rich!

Dave Bassett, Cale , Dale were very great at doing their job on the installation of our generator.
