“Facing an unexpected set of bathroom repairs, I started out feeling frustrated for many reasons. My initial call left me feeling misunderstood, and I didn’t feel my concerns were fully addressed. On my follow-up call, however, I spoke with Sierra. I told her how frustrated I was and explained the situation. She immediately partnered with me to sort it out, helping me connect with the right person (Jay) to discuss the work that needed to be done.

The project is somewhat complicated and will require multiple visits, but Sierra made me feel truly heard and respected. It has been a difficult year for me—unrelated to any of this—and the plumbing issue felt like another weight on my shoulders. Sierra’s genuine empathy and customer service made a real difference. She took ownership of the situation, eased my stress, and went far beyond simply “taking a message.” She offered kindness, concern, and the kind of extra effort that feels rare these days. I’m genuinely grateful for her.

Part two involved speaking with Jay and explaining the updates. He listened carefully, took notes, and walked me through everything, patiently answering all my questions. When he came to the house, he was thorough, provided updated estimates, and clearly outlined costs, trip charges, and next steps. The work was done well, and he even flagged a potential issue for the next visit so we could address it ahead of time.

Bottom line: thank you, Sierra and Jay, for being human, for caring, and for treating me like a person—not just a customer. Your professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation so much easier.”
