I had my furnace replaced yesterday and what a wonderful experience. Angie Griffin was the sales person and she was great, everything was very professional and gave me the correct answers to all my questions. Devyn Emmos and Matt Kime were the installers. They finished the job in 4 hours and everything was cleaned up and old furnace removed. I would recommend MB for any project, I have used them for years when it was Bassett and also my parents used them. So we have been with the company for many pears. I also recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Paula Taylor

Angie has informed me every step along the way and provided quality advice and options in order to heat my home efficiently. Tommy is punctual, courteous & knowledgeable. He clearly enjoys his job and is always willing to share information. He is a good representative for the company and I am always pleased with his work.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by MB. Our installers Devin R and Matt L did an excellent job. They were both very courteous, polite, and seemed to take great pride in their work. We were very impressed with all aspects of the job and wouldn’t recommend anybody but MB!

Great job by all the guys. Matt did a good job of explaining our options and helping us choose a new heat pump. Then the installers Matt and Devon were very hard workers and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn’t recommend anybody but MB.

I recently had a new air-conditioning system installed. As always everyone I encountered was very helpful. Matt came out to give me options on new systems and help me choose the right one for my house. Then Tommy and Jimmy did an excellent job installing my new air-conditioner. They were both very pleasant to work with and cleaned up very good as well. I have used MB for many years and will continue to do so. Thank you

Air Conditioner quit cooling on Tuesday 6/13 & MB’s Ryan was here before noon. Ryan called ahead & arrived when stated. He talked with my husband on possible problems while he did diagnostic checks on my air conditioner. We were told the $75 fee ahead for the diagnosis check. Ryan found the capacitor was out. He replaced it quickly & finished all diagnostic checks. We paid by credit card & were told we would receive bill by email, still waiting. Cost $307. Email info@mb-heating.com on website incorrect. I got permanent error. Card from Ryan had different email mb.hvac@yahoo.com.

Matt Landgrebe & Devin Ryan did an excellent job and took the time to explain what they did. Very professional and caring throughout the day. A special thanks to Angie Griffin as well!!!

My air conditioner went out on me and i called MB Heating & Cooling because a friend referred them to me. Jimmy came right out and diagnosed it. I decided to the get a bid on a new one and went with a new system instead of just a fix on my old one. Matt came out and gave me many options and helped me choose the right system for my house. He told me about some air cleaners as well which I ended up purchasing one of them. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from all of the MB staff.
