I called at 7 am & was up & running by 9.30 am. Excellent & Friendly service

Got a mini split AC and Heating Unit and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. Angie came to the house to give us all the info about the product. She was extremely informative. When we had it installed the guys did a great job and were very nice and professional. Angie checked back a few weeks later to make sure we were getting on fine with it.. I love the unit and have had no issues and the service from MB was outstanding..

Jay is a good service provider. He always explains everything. Honest, caring representative for company and for the client.

Matthews and Devin were both very professional and explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. They also protected our carpeting by wearing shoe coverings (which I had requested).

I had my furnace replaced yesterday and what a wonderful experience. Angie Griffin was the sales person and she was great, everything was very professional and gave me the correct answers to all my questions. Devyn Emmos and Matt Kime were the installers. They finished the job in 4 hours and everything was cleaned up and old furnace removed. I would recommend MB for any project, I have used them for years when it was Bassett and also my parents used them. So we have been with the company for many pears. I also recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Paula Taylor

Angie and the MB Company have been great about providing me with a quality furnace and air conditioning unit. Angie has informed me every step along the way and provided quality advice and options in order to heat my home efficiently. Tommy is punctual, courteous & knowledgeable. He clearly enjoys his job and is always willing to share information. He is a good representative for the company and I am always pleased with his work.

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by MB. Our installers Devin R and Matt L did an excellent job. They were both very courteous, polite, and seemed to take great pride in their work. We were very impressed with all aspects of the job and wouldn’t recommend anybody but MB!

Great job by all the guys. Matt did a good job of explaining our options and helping us choose a new heat pump. Then the installers Matt and Devon were very hard workers and cleaned up after themselves. I wouldn’t recommend anybody but MB.
