“I had a new well pressure pump and associated plumbing installed and the water pipe/fitting split as a result of over tightening causing a water leak. The repair/labor cost to remedy were deemed not under warranty so I would incur a service call, parts and labor costs etc to repair the poor workmanship. Why have the same company repair if it wasn’t done right the first time?”
