Dear Friends,

We have very exciting news to share with you here at Burgess & Son,  and in keeping with my belief of being honest and direct, I’m pleased to announce that Oct 11, 2021, Burgess & Son will be merging with MB Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Service.

The first message I want to convey to all of you is this, I am not leaving and or retiring. I along with Haylee and our existing employees are staying with MB. We are all looking forward to this transition as the services and manpower now available to us and you have been greatly expanded. I would encourage you to visit M&B’s website  (mb-heating.com) to see all the opportunities that are now at your fingertips.

MB is a family-owned business and has the same core values that I have followed in my business over the last 29 years. John & Erin Wyss, the new owner’s, are also personal friends of mine that I have known many years.  John and I are very similar in so many areas, other than age, that I know MB will continue to operate at the same high-quality standards as Burgess & Son.

As with any transition like this there will be a learning curve and we will face some hurdles. I just ask for a little patience as we make the adjustments. Our phone number will not change, we will still be at 702 N 3rd St in Girard, and please feel free to contact myself or Haylee with any questions or concerns.

In closing I would like to convey one thought, that being, THANK-YOU, from the bottom of my heart, THANK-YOU. I have made so many wonderful friends in the 29 years Burgess & Son operated, nobody was ever just a customer. I felt that when you called me you were calling me as a friend, friend who cared and would do what best for You.
