A Woman in a Male-Dominated Field
Kayla Critchelow went to both Midwest Technical Institute for HVAC and Lincoln Community College’s Workforce Development in their Building Trades program. It’s a family affair for Kayla. Her father, Tim Critchelow, is one of MB‘s skilled plumbers. He has the same can-do approach to his work. There’s no need to wonder where Kayla gets it from. She pushes herself to excel in a male-dominated field and never lets the opinions of others dimmish her fire for pursuing her career goals. Kayla is a hard worker and a team player and brings invaluable benefits to our company. We are lucky to have her.
